£10 deposit is required to secure all bookings, this deposit is non-refundable however can be transferred to another appointment date if a minimum of 48 hours notice has been given.

 

If you have given less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be invalid and you will need to pay a new deposit in order to rebook.

Please arrive promptly; if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your deposit will be invalid.

 

Please arrive to all facial treatment appointments with no makeup on and the skin clean and dry.
